The year the profit left.
Fenix International Ltd, company 10354575, is the British company that owns OnlyFans. The year in these accounts ended 30 November 2025. Two sources are in the table on purpose. They do not say the same number for profit, and pretending they do would be the fog.
| Figure | Number | Source |
|---|---|---|
| Profit before tax | $714 million, up 5% | BBC, 2026, from the annual report |
| Dividends in that year | $535 million | Same BBC report |
| Further dividends to 26 March 2026 | $174 million | Same BBC report |
| Staff | 47 | BBC, and the company profile at Endole |
| Gross fan payments | $7.84 billion, up 9% from $7.22 billion | Secondary reading of the filing by OnlyFans Statistics |
| Paid to creators | $6.29 billion | Same secondary reading. The published split is still 80/20. |
| Platform net revenue | $1.55 billion, up about 10% | Same secondary reading. Bloomberg's report of the filing, via Techmeme, used the same $1.55 billion. |
| Subscriptions | $422 million, about 10% down | OnlyFans Statistics, not the BBC |
| PPV, tips, messages | $1.13 billion, about 20% up | OnlyFans Statistics, not the BBC |
| Profit before tax, other reading | $715 million | OnlyFans Statistics. One million away from the BBC. I quote $714 million when I need one number. |
| Creator accounts | About 5.06 million | Same secondary reading. Accounts, not people. |
The part the dividend makes obvious.
$535 million went out in the year, and another $174 million went out before 26 March 2026. Set that against $714 million of pretax profit. The company was not saving up to build the search box fans keep asking for. The BBC's own comparison does the rest of the work: 47 employees, and a retailer with 65,000 staff making less. Discovery is not a department there. It is a hole.
The part that changes how you pick a page.
If the secondary split is right, subscription revenue is about 27% of the platform's own revenue and the locked-post line is the rest. Sorting a directory by subscriber count sorts the line that fell. The number that would matter, what a typical month of messages costs, is not in the accounts and not on a public counter. So this directory will not invent it.
The filing list is on Companies House. Group accounts to 30 November 2025 were submitted on 20 September 2026, which is what Endole records. I have not reproduced the PDF.
The note that follows from the mix is free is the growth product. The note that follows from the missing search box is the app hid the index.
