Free is the growth product.

The subscription line shrank. The locked-post line did not.

A reading of the Fenix FY2025 accounts by OnlyFans Statistics puts platform revenue from subscriptions at $422 million, about 10% down, and revenue from pay-per-view, tips, and messages at $1.13 billion, about 20% up. I have not retyped the PDF. The BBC's profit number and this split point the same way: the cover charge matters less than it did, and the menu matters more. Gross fan payments in that same reading were $7.84 billion. Subscriptions are now the smaller slice of the platform's own $1.55 billion.

Do the ratio. $422 million against $1.13 billion means roughly 27 cents of subscription revenue for every dollar of locked posts, tips, and messages. A free badge is not a sale. It is the door the growing half of the business wants you to walk through.

How to read a free row.

On this directory, free means a published source said the subscription is $0. It does not mean the month is $0. Put a number on the locked posts before you subscribe. If you cannot, the honest budget is zero.

Corinna Kopf is the other trap. She left in October 2024. What remains is an archive, and an archive can still charge you. A free page that stopped posting and a paid archive are the same mistake: you paid for a date on a post, and you did not look at the date.
